The best part is after our assignment period ends the rent will once again be yours. The money is yours to keep and do with as you please. Invest it. Use it to eliminate debt. Travel the world. The choice is yours. And we will never ask for it back, even if the lease is terminated during our agreement period.

At the end of our agreement period the lease reverts back to you—meaning you once again have income generated from your wireless lease.
