A Letter From the CEO

As CEO and founder of Wireless Capital Partners, I thank you for visiting our new site. Many exciting things have been happening for us, and our customers, and even more wonderful things lie ahead.

Since our inception in 2001, Wireless Capital Partners has aggressively pursued lease acquisitions which has created tremendous wealth for our customers. As with many businesses, however, the period of 2008—2010 brought slowed growth for Wireless Capital, and we momentarily stopped our quest for acquisitions—all the while maintaining our existing lease portfolio.

I'm very pleased to say that in 2010 we made incredible strides in our ability to access the Capital Markets. It's allowed us a substantial ability to acquire new assets, broaden our portfolio and, once again, provide a creative source of liquidity to our customers. Wireless Capital Partners is the largest single private landlord of cellular leases in the U.S. We're pleased that you have come to visit us, and we look forward to working with you.
