Management Team
Brad Knyal
Chief Executive Officer / Since co-founding Wireless Capital Partners in 2001, Brad has held key management roles in all aspects of the business. From 2002 to 2005 he headed the acquisitions group, and was responsible for the recruiting, training and management of an 85-person sales force across the U.S. Brad was also promoted to president in 2004 and assumed the capital market functions.
Brad currently oversees Wireless Capital Partners as CEO and has grown the business from a startup to an industry leader.
Joni LeSage
Chief Financial Officer / Joni LeSage joined Wireless Capital Partners in 2002 as Controller and was promoted to Treasurer in 2004. During Joni's tenure as Treasurer, she was a member of the investment committee and was responsible for negotiating and closing debt facilities, overseeing the funding process, and managing financial reporting.
As CFO, Joni focuses on expanding and developing the company's finance team, improving management and reporting tools, sourcing and negotiating new credit relationships, and developing new business strategies.
Paul J. Hwang
CIO - Executive Vice President / In 2003 Paul joined Wireless Capital Partners as the Director of Information Technology, and focused on the development and enhancement of the company's proprietary business management system.
Paul currently serves as the Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations where he oversees the operational infrastructure and is responsible for all systems, processes, and technical initiatives for the company.
Matt Scott
Managing Director of Acquisitions / Matt came to Wireless Capital Partners in 2007 furthering his, already, successful career in high-volume loan originations. Prior to joining the Company, he was a branch manager for Solstice Capital Group in Irvine, CA where he fulfilled the responsibility of creating the company's first branch office in Las Vegas, NV, and later in Phoenix, AZ.
Matt served as Vice President at HSBC, overseeing all branch production. He received his BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California and studied law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Andrea Lee
Senior Vice President of Operations / Andrea joined the Wireless Capital Partners team in 2002 with an extensive and proven background in loan administration and regional operations management.
With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate lending industry, Andrea currently handles the management and day-to-day operations of the asset management and processing/funding departments of Wireless Capital Partners and earned a certificate in Real Estate Investment from UCLA.
Josh Wade
General Counsel / Josh joined Wireless Capital Partners in 2011 as General Counsel and as such, manages the legal side of the business. Josh has expertise in numerous real estate practice areas including leasing, acquisitions, sales, and financings of all commercial real estate types as well as general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Wireless Capital Partners, Josh practiced law within both the Los Angeles and New York City offices of Duval & Stachenfeld LLP (which boasts one of the largest real estate transactional practice groups in the country). At Duval & Stachenfeld LLP, Josh primarily represented large hedge fund clients in connection with joint venture real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings as well as large retailers in connection with their leasing negotiations. Josh is a graduate of Southwestern Law School where he served as a member of the Law Review and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
